User guide of candles

  1. Always follow the instructions on the candle leaflet/label. Any product used inappropriately may affect the user's safety.
  2. Prepare the candles for lighting - straighten the wick, remove packaging elements, check for any other contamination and whether the candle is not damaged (e.g. cracked, scratched).
  3. Immediately after lighting the candle, the flame may be small or uneven. Combustion becomes stable (optimal) when the surface melts. Then the candle burns evenly and properly.
  4. Most candles, according to the attached instructions, are recommended to be burned in cycles lasting several hours. However, the interval between one cycle and the next should not be too short. We recommend stopping burning when the entire surface of the candle is melted to avoid the tunneling effect.
  5. For proper and satisfactory use of a candle, it is necessary to ensure proper burning conditions. The quality of combustion may be influenced by factors such as: ambient temperature, drafts, air access, the surface on which the candle stands (it should not conduct heat) and accessories (e.g. candleholder), which should not be too large or too small.
A natural effect of burning candles may be traces of soot on the glass. This can be easily removed with a damp cloth once the candle has cooled down.
Take care of your candle wick - between burning cycles, trim it to about 1 cm if it is too long, or curl it.
  6. If you observe abnormal or disturbing effects of burning a candle, such as a high flame or intense smoke, immediately extinguish the candle and wait until it cools down. Pay attention to: the condition of the wick (too long, curled, mushroom), contamination of the combustible material (foreign bodies, fragments of matches, etc.), place and conditions of combustion (air access, intense air movement - draft).
Once you have removed the potential causes of improper combustion, you can relight the candle.
  7. Store candles in a cool, dark and dry place. Long-term exposure to sunlight and artificial (shop) light may cause changes in the appearance of the candle (discoloration), making the candle look unsightly.
  8. Candles most often contain various types of additives - fragrances, essential oils. Please remember that the perception of the scent and satisfaction with using the product are individual experiences and may be perceived differently by different users. Stop burning the candle if you find that the scent is not suitable for you. Try our other products - a wide range of our candles and fragrance compositions guarantees that everyone will find a product that will be positively received.
  9. After burning the candle, the containers should be disposed of in accordance with the markings on the label - recommendations for waste segregation. We do not recommend reusing them for any purpose. We also do not recommend washing them in dishwashers - paraffin residues may damage the device.

User guide of gravelight and refills

  1. Do not burn gravelight or gravelight refills at home. The product is designed for outdoor burning and does not meet the requirements for indoor use.
  2. Choose the gravelight refills correctly:
    1. the height of the refill corresponds to the height of the gravelight - the refill does not "fall" inside and does not protrude above the edge of the gravelight.
    2. the refill is stably and straight in the gravelight - the upper part rests on the rim of the gravelight, the lower part rests on the bottom, and its walls do not touch the glass walls.
  3. Gravelights and gravelight refills are designed for combustion in various weather conditions, but in extreme conditions the quality of combustion (satisfaction with the use of the product) may decrease and the risk of various types of combustion anomalies increases, such as:
    1. very low temperatures, severe frost and wind - low flame, tunneling, large remains of unburnt mass
    2. very high temperatures and strong sunlight - poorly visible or small flame, complete melting of the combustible mass, leading to the extinguishment of the unburned refill (e.g. due to the wick being submerged or the container being damaged).

Wax burner instructions for use:

  1. Place the wax burner in a safe place (according to the pictograms on the label)
  2. Break the wax into smaller pieces and put them into the burners’ bowl – adjust the number of pieces to the desired intensity of the fragrance, as well as to the size of the burner’s bowl
  3. Place an aluminium tealight (max 15 mm height and 40 mm diameter) centrally in the bottom base of the wax burner
  4. Light a tealight
  5. After heating the wax melts and fills the room with the aroma
  6. The fragrance is released from 4 to 8 hours depending on the number of pieces
  7. After burning remove the wax in one of the following ways:
    1. using your finger push the wax out of the burner. If unsuccessful, preheat the burner briefly and try again
    2. softly prise the wax with the use of a suitable, blunt tool
    3. carefully pour away melted wax
